  The principals of CCA have significant expertise consulting with national and international associations, professional societies, foundations, colleges and universities, schools, public health and human service entities, and the arts. We also work with multi-organization initiatives and coalitions.

Our approach is collaborative in nature. We work in partnership with our clients, using our knowledge of strategy, organization, and governance to help them develop strong plans and recommendations for change. We support them as they create fiscally sound implementation strategies with well-articulated timeframes and mechanisms for measuring progress. We help our clients communicate effectively during their planning efforts to ensure organization-wide ownership and commitment to the final product.

CCA works well within complex multi-constituency environments. We understand the dynamics of volunteer governance systems and work closely with both volunteer and staff leadership to develop more effective governing bodies and organization systems.
