William Lytle has been helping his clients develop innovative organizations for over 30 years. Working at all organization levels, consults on a variety of issues in organizations related to education, research, finance, government, and manufacturing, as well as not-for-profit organizations in the U.S. and Canada. In many situations, he has helped management and union representatives find common ground through new high-participation, team-based work designs. He is also an innovator of new approaches to accelerating organization change. In addition to his work with clients, Bill is a frequent presenter at public workshops and conferences and is a respected author of books that guide those involved in complex change efforts, including Designing a High-Performance Organization: A Guide to the Whole-Systems Approach. Bill is also the creator of the widely used organization simulation The Flying Starship. Bill has a BS and MIA from Yale University and did his post-graduate studies (CAGS) at Boston University |
