Paul Kuttner

Paul Kuttner holds a degree in economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He spent a significant amount of time living in Santiago, Chile and Managua, Nicaragua, where he conducted economic research projects on environmental issues. 

Paul worked in Washington, DC, on Capitol Hill for a human rights lobbying organization, interacting with US politicians and other human rights groups on issues pertaining to Latin America.  Paul has managed a number of CCA projects, conducts situation scans and other strategic planning related research and documents project outcomes.
