Boards of Trustees, Presidents, Faculty, Senior Staff and Others

Often, one or more groups within the institution wish to retreat from their daily activities for a period of time in order to plan and/or simply discuss issues that are of concern to all.

Such retreats may take place in the context of a larger planning activity or may be single events. Such meetings often focus on such topics as mission, program planning, capital campaign planning, resource issues, programmatic challenges, strategic priorities, etc.

Retreats may also be helpful in effectively addressing specific day to day concerns, building consensus, managing transitions, planning for collaborative ventures, and so on.
