  Like other organizations, consulting firms face opportunities and challenges as they evolve to meet their objectives for the business and its stakeholders. At certain thresholds of development, a consulting group (whether public or private) may seek outside, objective assistance to engage the firm in cross-organization strategic planning, governance assessment and design, and communication and marketing planning and implementation.

As a “consultant to consultants,” we understand the dynamics of consulting businesses.
