Cambridge Concord Associates (CCA) is a consulting firm specializing in organization and multi-organization strategic planning, governance assessment and design, and communication. Each principal of CCA has over twenty years of experience working with colleges, universities and their related research organizations, professional societies, associations and foundations, consulting organizations, human services and the arts. CCA also works with emerging entities and collaborative enterprises as they develop shared strategies and infrastructures.

Using our knowledge of strategy, governance, and communication, we help our clients engage multiple constituencies, address essential questions, and develop and implement plans.
