Cambridge Concord Associates (CCA), a consulting practice, specializes in organization and multi-organization strategic planning, governance assessment and design, and communication. Each principal of CCA has over twenty years of experience working with schools, colleges, universities and their related research organizations, professional societies, associations and foundations, consulting organizations, human services, and the arts. CCA also works with emerging entities and collaborative enterprises as they develop shared strategies and infrastructures. Using our knowledge of strategy, governance, and communication, we help our clients engage multiple constituencies, address essential questions, and develop and implement plans. CCA principals have a strong track record working in complex environments. We understand the dynamics of governing boards and councils and have extensive experience working with them.
